Face-to-Face Sessions

I offer hypnotherapy sessions in my treatment room in a peaceful, confidential, and safe environment.

These sessions cannot be offered by telephone due to the nature of the treatment.

My hypnotherapy sessions are charged at £80 per session.

Hypnotherapy as a Treatment

There are some real benefits to hypnotherapy. It can be used to treat a range of issues that affect everyday life, and help people to overcome challenges that are holding them back.

Some of the challenges that it can help people to manage are:

Hypnotherapy addresses the subconscious mind by creating highly focused attention and increasing suggestibility in the treatment of a specific concern or challenge. It can be a highly effective treatment as it bypasses the conscious mind through its use of deep relaxation.

Hypnotherapy may cause anxiety, headache or dizziness after your session, but these usually fade shortly quickly.

It may not be a suitable treatment for people who suffer psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations or delusions.

Hypnosis alone won’t make you lose weight, but alongside a proper diet plan and exercise regime, it can help you to manage the psychological aspects of losing weight and help you to embed good habits into your daily life.

You may have a fear of flying, heights, or any number of phobias. Hypnotherapy can help you to ease your body into a more relaxed and calm state of mind and body when you are feeling fearful, which in turn will help to lower your blood pressure and heart rate.

Smoking

While you are in a highly meditative, focused and peaceful state, I will make suggestions based on your goal to give up smoking. I may help you to weaken your desire to smoke, or strengthen your desire to give up.
